These terms apply when you use https://www.amarillohomes.us or submit an inspection request through it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the form.

What we are, and what we are not

Amarillo Homes Roofing is a roofing contractor. We inspect roofs, document damage, assist homeowners with the insurance claim process and install roofs.

We are not a public insurance adjuster, an insurance company, a law firm or your legal representative. We do not adjust, negotiate or settle claims on your behalf, and nothing on this website is legal advice or insurance advice. Your coverage, your deadlines and your out of pocket cost are determined by your own policy and your own insurer.

Free inspection

The roof inspection is free and carries no obligation. Requesting one does not create a contract to perform work. Any roofing work is governed by a separate written agreement that you sign before we start.

No guarantee of a claim outcome

We cannot and do not promise that your insurance carrier will approve a claim, pay any particular amount, or approve a full roof replacement. Statements on this website about the claim process describe how it usually works, not how yours will end.

Deductibles

When a claim is approved, you are responsible for your deductible. It is due on the first day of installation. Texas law prohibits a contractor from paying, waiving, absorbing or rebating a homeowner's insurance deductible, and we will not do so.

Warranty

We provide a 5year warranty on our labor. Roofing materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we pass through to you. Warranty documents are issued within 10 business days of final payment. Full warranty terms, exclusions and transfer rules are set out in the documents you receive.

Estimates

We aim to provide a written estimate within 72 hours of the inspection. Estimates are based on what is visible at the time. If we open the roof and find rotten decking or other hidden conditions, we tell you before we continue and price the additional work separately.

Using this website

• Do not submit the form on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or overload the site.

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that box and in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing sales@amarillohomes.us.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Amarillo Homes Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed roofing contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
